Child Support
Child Support support is determined based on the net available income from both the mother and the father. We will calculate the gross and net salaries based on pay stubs and average income over the course of the entire year. Monthly expenses and deductions will help us get an accurate picture of how much support a spouse should paid.

Establishing Child Support Orders
If you do not have a child support order in place, we can assist you with obtaining court-ordered child support. You must have a child support order through the courts for child support payments to be a legal obligation. It is our goal to get both parents to agree to the amount of child support based on state guidelines that are in place to help determine appropriate amounts of child support.
